Registration fees are as follows:                           Registration Dates:                                     

$80.00 for first child                                                   Every Saturday in January '24

$70.00 for second child                                             beginning Jan. 13th 

$60.00 for each additional child                                from 0900am to 1200pm.

  ** Team rosters fill up fast, make sure you get registered as early as possible **                                                                   

PLAYER AGE by LEVELS:  (age of child as of May 1st)

T-Ball           4-6yrs 

8u                7-8yrs

10u              9-10yrs

12u              11-12yrs

15u              13-15yrs

18u              16-18yrs

*Players are able to play at a higher level upon request and approval

MUST bring to registration a copy of your child's birth certificate and medical insurance card.

Each players parent/guardian is responsible for 2 volunteer duties.

Volunteer duties include but are not limited to the following...

 - Concession stands (cooking, food running, cashier)

-  Facility and field clean up

-  Field and Base Umpire

-  Chicken BBQ sales

-  Weekend tournament duties

-  Additional opportunities available as the season progresses.

      *Fully refundable volunteer check of $150.00 is due at time of registration *

If your 2 separate volunteer duties are not completed by end of season, your deposit will be cashed.

All families are required to complete 2 separate fundraisers which are mandatory for this organization.

                    (3 tickets to sell per child)

            2.  Annual SHCA Hog and Toss Tickets 

                    (5 tickets to sell per child)

           * 1st fundraiser tickets must be prepaid for at time of registration * 

          * 2nd fundraiser MUST be PREPAID during handout  (mid April) *

Thank you for showing your interest in South Hamilton Baseball and Softball.  This organization was founded in 1963, located in Hamilton Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania.  We are a proud organization focusing on our Community and Youth Sports.  Our baseball and softball season begins in April and finishes in the end of June.  We have 4 baseball/softball fields and a concession stand with a full menu.  All of our coaches are vetted via PA State Police background check(FBI bakground check if lived outisde of Pennsylvania) and must obtain a PA Child Abuse clearance.
